My Review

I know I don't normally include reference books on TRR, but this book has been loved, pored over, and cherished by my kids, who have had hours of amusement playing a 'game' where they turn each page and have to point to the thing they like best before anyone else gets there first! Strange, I know! In the process, their knowledge of and wonder at the natural world has increased no end.

It is a MASSIVE book - I'm at the stage where I'm taping it back together after years of being dragged from pillar to post by hands too small to carry it properly! - and an investment, but one that, in our house anyway, has been highly worthwhile!

Heads Up!

We have the older version (published in 2010) of this book, and I doubt it's changed much, so if you can find it cheaper this way then do!
